Bonsai

Located in Lewisville, TX. We enjoy this restaurant. The prices are reasonable. It is never crowded but we always see tons of people picking up to go orders while we are there. 

Volcano- California roll on top baked shrimp, scallop, crawfish with spicy mayo sauce and eel sauce. 

We love this Volcano. It was our first Volcano roll and we were hooked. Just the perfect Volcano. 

Caterpillar- eel roll topped with thin sliced avocado with eel sauce. 

Similar to the Dancing Eel. Very good.  

Dancing Eel- California roll topped with avocado, and baked eel with eel sauce

We love eel and this roll is great!

Blazing 151- deep fried crab stick, jalapeño and cream cheese inside topped with spicy tuna and crabmeat with eel sauce

Wasabi loves spicy and this one is perfect for that. We order this one a lot. 

Panic- Spicy tuna roll topped with spicy crabmeat and jalapeño with spicy mayo and hot chili sauce.

Bonsai- spicy crab and cucumber, topped with shrimp tempura chunk and scallop

Angry Bird- this is an off the menu roll. It is pictured in the front when you first walk in. We really enjoy this one. I do not remember what is in it. I will have to write it down next time. 

We got into the Towers recently and have not been to Bonsai since so the Ahi Tower is on the list next time we go.
