Kaji

Located in Lewisville, TX. We love to go here for sushi at the last minute. It is close by and a safe bet we will get good sushi. They are also not too expensive for good sushi. They even DELIVER! Now delivery sushi is not as good but still it is delivered dinner and sushi!

They have a buffet menu that is like $23 a person at dinner. We have done this a few times to try more things. I am honestly not sure what is a better deal. We will order off the regular menu too because not every roll is on the buffet menu. 

I love their menu, it has pictures for every roll and descriptions. I always keep the regular menu with me when we order the buffet so I can use the pictures. The buffet one is just a sheet of paper. You can also ask for one to go for when you decide to get delivery. 

Kaji Tower- Layered spicy tuna, crab mix, rice, avocado, cucumber masago and sauce. 

I always say I could have another one of these or just have the Tower and be happy! It is also on the buffet menu :) Love these toni forks. It makes me eat it in smaller bites. Haha

Volcano- baked scallop & crab mix over a California roll. 

One of the best Volcanos we have had so far! It is on the buffet menu. We pretty much always end up ordering this one twice. It comes with 4 pieces on the buffet. On the top left of picture.

We also order two pieces of the B.B.Q. Eel. It is great! On the bottom left side of the picture. 

Dragon- eel, avocado, cucumber, crab mix, eel sauce

We like this eel one for the buffet menu. 

Also pictured is the Cali Sushi Pizza- crisp rice patty topped with cucumber, avocado, yellow pickles, crab, fish eggs, spicy mayo and eel sauce. The rice patty is very "heavy" and greasy to me. Not my favorite thing to order. 

Rainbow- California roll, snapper, salmon, tuna, avocado, shrimp

Kaji- salmon, fish egg, crab mix, avocado, cucumber, sauce. 

Another favorite and on the buffet menu.

Yummi Unagi- eel tempura, spicy crab mix, cream cheese, avocado, jalapeño, crunch

This one is not on the buffet menu so we ordered this one when we do not get the buffet. We like this one a lot. 

4 Seasons- salmon, smoked salmon, avoacdo, cream cheese, jalapeño, 4 color tobiko top




To finish off the delicious sushi buffet, you get a choice of ice cream. Green Tea, Red Bean or Vanilla. You can have a combination too. I love the Green Tea ice cream!
